July 2026 Kvann Project - Patreon
Ms Kari's community sent her to study the Sami flute fádu made from the side stem of kvann (Angelica archangelica).
She journeyed to Finland and Aurlandsfjord (her "home fjord") in Norway, searching for it, for the memory of it.

Nine Herbs Collection - Patreon
Elder Kari sings from the Old Anglo-Saxon text Lacnunga (900 C). These nine herbs gave their medicine in the darkest times of 2020 and 2021.
They continue to sustain her.
Nordic Plant Lore
Ms Kari teaches about Nordic plants through stories, songs, history, and embodied experience. Mythic connections, agricultural ceremonies, Primstav lore, and children's songs and dances preserve human relationship to these plants. Stay tuned for up-coming events!
