Kari Tauring is a völva (Old Norse for staff carrier), sharing her ethnic heritage through performances and workshops for all ages.
Kari was a Season One contestant on Norway’s award winning reality show, Alt for Norge. This is her audition video December 2008.
Kari summons her pre-Christian roots into her Immigrant Era heritage bringing Northern European spiritual and artistic expression to a new level. She balances this with her North American ancestors to create a healed and unified heritage. She is a bridge walker through time and space.
