Vendor Opportunities for Kari Tauring and Friends Discovering Origins/Building Traditions Ritual Shows

Part of the difficulty in American Culture is that shopping has become the only ritual activity for our seasonal celebrations. Halmark and Target seem to have defined our holy days for us. While it is natural and healthy to make special purchases to remember our transformational experiences at these holy day times, purchasing is not, in itself, the transformative experience.

This is why our Discovering Origins/Building Traditions Ritual Shows are designed and presented as a mini-festival. We endeavor to provide true and meaningful transformative experience with the option to mark those experiences through vending opportunities. We always include Henna artists and Intuitive Readers (Tarot, Runes etc). Other vendors have included body workers and healers, clothing and personal adornment creators, and works by visual artists.

Including vendors helps build community, promotes local artisans, and gives everyone the opportunity to remember their experiences with meaningful purchases.
