"Down Mimmir's Well and Back"

for Bridging the Water Gap

This opening ritual was co-created and performed in process with participation by all who were in attendance.

Setting the Space before the ritual.

Rida Ramka - moving from haunting melody to staving we brought the energy up and down like ocean waves.

Visualize the Well - we move our conciousness up and down our spines - the trunk of the world tree. From the branches to the roots and down deeper to the wells of our feet and the well at the base of our spines. Here we gained wisdom and shared what we saw.

"We are One" a song of unity, concious intention towards compassion. In this way we ground and center ourselves and each other as a whole community. (song available on the CD compilation "Voices in the Wilderness.")
