- The essence of balance. Sing and sway and ground your roots, bring
your walking stick or shepherd's crook. Kari will share the basics
of chi balancing through song, dance and Tai Chi/Qi Kung. Free will
donations are accepted!

March 25, 2006 10 am - noon, $15 fee
No prior experience
or knowledge is needed. Deep in the mythology of the runes we can
learn their relationship to the world tree, elemental energy and
the wise figures who used them. We will spend time with each rune
individually as shapes and meanings as well as discussing their
relationships by decoding the meaning of our names. We will explore
the uses and meanings for the runes in our everyday life as tools
for enlightenment, charms, or in design work. After this class,
participants will be able to create/use a rune set of their own!
Materials: Bring
your own rune set - or - sets will be available to borrow or purchase.
Also Available
- Kits can be purchased for a materials fee of $20 which will supply
a 25 blank rune set of buckthorn, ironwood, oak or maple, and instruction.
