"Huldre"
Educational Programs:
Huldre
go Viking (60 min presentation, audience participation)
The huldre are a kind of fairy folk from Scandinavia with
ties to agriculture, herding and magic. They are known to have stowed
away in trunks headed for America! In this presentation we follow
the travels of the huldre through songs from the countries they
visit and stories from the people who have seen them on the way!
The huldre connect us to the travels of our ancestors and our shared
global heritage. Huldre
