Daughters of Gaia (2001)

Three demo songs were recorded for this touring band of women. Daughter's of Gaia were Kari Tauring on guitar, penny whistle and vocals, Gina Citoli on vocals and percussion, Michelle Mays on guitar, vocals and percussion, and Sue Birch on bass and vocals. Hailing from all over the states, the members would assemble for special concerts and festivals between 2000 and 2002. They were a favorite at the Gaea Goddess Festival in the Kansas.

The thing I learned most from this band was that just because something is really cool and powerful and groovy, doesn't mean we have to do it. Since I was in such a different place in my life than the other three women, I just couldn't dedicate more time than I did. Though this collaboration really was all that!
